System and Device Requirements for Online Assessment

To ensure a smooth and successful assessment experience, please make sure your device meets the following requirements:

1. Device Requirements

• Type: Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

• Operating System:

  • Windows 8 or later

  • macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later

  • For tablets and mobile phones: Latest version of iOS or Android

2. Browser Requirements

• Recommended Browsers:

  • Google Chrome (latest version)

  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)

• Browser Settings:

  • Enable JavaScript

  • Allow pop-ups and cookies

  • Disable ad blockers or extensions that may interfere with the platform

GUIDANCE: To find the relevant settings in your browser, do a quick search using your preferred search engine. For example, type "How to enable JavaScript in Chrome?".

3. Internet Connection

• Speed: Minimum of 2 Mbps download/upload (5 Mbps or higher is recommended)

• Connection Type: A stable Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection is preferred

• Avoid using mobile data to prevent interruptions or extra charges

GUIDANCE: To determine your internet speed, type "Internet Speed Test" in any search engine.

4. Assessment Platform Access

• Ensure you have:

  • Login credentials for the assessment platform

  • You are logged in as a student: Visit the "Student Account" section in the menu to confirm you are logged in if you are not sure.
